Please join me in thanking Dr. Joe Seabrooks for serving as the Vice-Convener and Dr. Larry Johnson for serving as the Membership Chair over the past two years. We have appreciated their leadership and contributions to the Presidents' Round Table.
Nominations for Executive Board is Open
As we approach the new round of Executive Board membership, we are thrilled to invite wo are interested in joining the board and who wish to recommended potential candidates. Nominations for the positions for Membership Chair and Vice-Convener are now open. The duties for each of the positions are listed below.
Membership Chair / PRT Directory Coordinator
- Serve on the Executive Board
- Serve as the chair of membership committee
- Develop and implement strategies to increase membership
- Collect and assemble information for the biennial publication of the Round Table Directory
Vice Convener
- Serve on the Executive Board
- Attend Executive Board and membership meetings
- Serve as the Convener in the absence of the Convener
- Serve as the chair of the Nominating Committee
- Serve as the liaison between PRT and the National Council of Black American Affairs
- Support the vision of the organization in pursuit of its mission.

Upcoming Events - Submit Applications Now
The 2023 Lakin Institute and Men of Character Student Leadership Institute will be held in October. Applications are still open to anyone who wishes to participate. If you know colleagues or other higher education professionals who you believe would benefit from either program, please share the application information with them.
